Teaching Teens About Blind Spots
Teens tend to take more risks when they drive than other drivers. For that reason, teaching teens good driving habits early on is extremely important.
With this video, you can learn how to teach teens about blind spots. Driving right beside a big truck is a dangerous practice that can result in a serious accident. In order to demonstrate how blind spots work, Consumer Reports set up a truck with four cars arranged behind it at varying distances. Teenagers then sat in the driver’s seat of the truck and saw firsthand how difficult it was to see some of the cars.
